Important Instructions for Returning Items

When returning items to the seller (Mihael Laznik s.p.), you must include the withdrawal form . Also, attach a copy of the invoice.

Items can be returned by post or in person to the following address: Fotomedia Maribor, Radvanjska cesta 43, Maribor.

In the case of a product return, the buyer must adequately protect the product before handing it over to the carrier. The product must be protected with the original packaging or packaging that can protect the item as effectively as the original packaging. We recommend using a delivery service that provides tracking and properly preparing the items for transport (suitably packing them in secure packaging).

Shipping costs are always covered by the sender, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

For warranty claims, you will receive the repaired item fastest if you claim the warranty directly with the manufacturer or their authorized service center.

When withdrawing from a contract where a discount code or promotional code was used, these funds are considered a discount and will not be refunded to the user. The amount paid will be refunded to the user’s bank account (or another payment method if explicitly requested by the user). A gift voucher used in the purchase will be treated as a payment method and will be refunded to the user as a gift voucher.

Returns for Legal Entities

If you request an invoice issued to a company, you accept the business terms applicable to companies. We allow companies, sole proprietors, and other legal entities to return items under warranty conditions. Legal entities do not have the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days or receive a refund as consumers (individuals) do.

Handling Damaged Shipments (Compensation)

If you notice that the product or package is physically damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of opening upon receipt, you can file a compensation claim with Pošta Slovenije. You should bring the package (including packaging and contents) to the post office immediately upon noticing the damage, or no later than 30 days after receiving the shipment. At the post office, you must fill out a Damage Report, which you also sign. After receiving all the necessary documentation, a compensation claim will be submitted to Pošta Slovenije. The claim is reviewed by a commission at Pošta Slovenije, and based on their response or approval, the purchase price will be refunded, or a new product will be ordered. Together with Pošta Slovenije, we will ensure that the compensation is resolved as quickly as possible.

If your package was delivered by DPD or GLS and you find that the product or package is damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of opening, you can file a compensation claim. Damage must be reported within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package to the email address trgovina@fotomedia.si or by phone at +38623321510. When reporting damage, we will also need photos of the package, (inner) packaging, damaged item, DPD or GLS label, and a description of the damage.
